I have been informed, through the Privacy Notice (see the Privacy Notice), about the identity of the data controller, the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, the parties to whom and the purposes for which my personal data may be transferred, the method of collection of my personal data and the legal basis for such processing, the circumstances under which my personal data may be processed based on my explicit consent, and my rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”).

Within the scope of this information, I acknowledge and understand that:

• My personal data may be transferred abroad because the software servers used by the data controller are located outside Türkiye.

• Although my personal data may be processed based on legal grounds other than explicit consent, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not yet announced countries deemed to provide an adequate level of protection. Therefore, my explicit consent is requested for the transfer of my personal data abroad in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the service agreement.

• The data controller’s hosting and infrastructure service providers implement internationally recognized data security standards and conduct their data processing activities in compliance with the applicable personal data protection legislation of the countries in which they operate, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), where applicable.

• If I contact the data controller through communication channels provided by service providers located outside Türkiye, certain personal data such as my phone number, email address, IP address, and similar information may also be transferred abroad during such communication.

By checking the consent box during my registration, I confirm that I have read and understood the information provided above and that I freely give my explicit consent for the processing and international transfer of my personal data within the scope described, without any coercion and after receiving sufficient information.
